Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations of classes are permissible up until the start of the class with a 5% fee to accommodate the bank fees and administrative costs incurred on our end.  Once a class has begun, no refunds will be issued.

For memberships, cancellation will go into effect immediately and you will have access to all class and recording information for the final month that you have paid for.

Private intensive deposits will not be refunded for private intensives cancelled 45 days or less in advance of the intensive.  We will send you a contract to sign upon booking to detail your payment and refund schedule.

Any missed private sessions, or private sessions cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.
