The body-in-motion can be an intensely fruitful resource for all of our curiosities and endeavors… if we pay attention!

Take time in this workshop to be with your body – in silence, in stillness, in sound, and in movement, to explore all the things you are currently exploring in your life, and see how much it can add! We will incorporate movement from various disciplines including Continuum, Bowspring, & dance; as well as sound, breath, and meditative practices to give you access to your body as the conscious organism and brilliant creature that it is, here to support YOU!
