The Art + Elegance of Having Your Own Back is a 3-part exploration of embodied power, potency, and willingness to be and choose whatever you would like to be and choose.

This body-based conversation includes some movement & body awareness exercises woven through a conversation around confidence, intimacy with self, and committing to you and your life.
