Is your body asking for something different?

The Journey

Exhale intensives are a semi-private weekend experience where you will be nourished by the silence of the land, the warmth of Heather’s farmhouse, and the potent & nurturing energy of her unique facilitation.

Beginning Friday evening, and ending Sunday afternoon, these intensives are a unique exploration of specific topics, and what it is that you are asking to have more of in your life!

Each semi-private intensive also includes a 60 minute follow up zoom with the group 2 weeks after the experience.

“The more I've honed the art of true relaxation,

my business has flourished, my life has become incredibly fun & beauty-filled, my body becomes greater every day, and I now see what I call “the Creation of Living” as a magical elixir and a vital recipe for flourishing in every area of life and living.

What if you could do less, and receive more?”
