Private intensives with Heather are uniquely designed to address what it is that you are seeking to change and have more of in your business, life, and with your body. These half, full, and 2 day deep dives give you the space to take stock of where you are and where you would like to be, so Heather can assist you in moving in the direction of more with the dynamic support & contribution of your body.

All private intensive participants also receive a 20% discount on future private sessions with Heather in the 3 months following their intensive.

A half day private intensive is 3.5 hours
